The name is Emma.

I'm 33 years young and a mix of English and Welsh.

Currently situated in Southampton I work as a Social Media and Content Coordinator at a University.

Due to being diagnosed with Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and PCOS I am passionate about raising awareness around these subjects and creating positive attitudes towards chronic illness, hidden disabilities and mental health/illness, which is how this blog came to be.
